
MR. VICENTE C. TINSAY III
President and CEO
Mr. Tinsay retired from Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation in May 2003. In this last position, he was senior Vice President in charge of Commercial Operations, with oversight for all aspects of the company's business, including real estate sales, development, leasing and estate management. Prior to this, he had been responsible for creating and overseeing the operations of property-related businesses, including Bonifacio Estate Services Corporation, Bonifacio Transport Corporation, Bonifacio Security Services, Inc., Professional Maintenance Group, Inc., Bonifacio Trees and Greens Corp., Bonifacio Communications Corp., Bonifacio Stanger Materials Testing Corp., Bonifacio Vivendi Water Corp., Bonifacio Gas Corp., and Bonifacio Cable One Corp.
From 1989-1992, Mr. Tinsay was President and CEO of Metro Drug, Inc., the predecessor company of Metro Pacific Corporation, taking the company public in 1990 and turning the company around until he retired in 1992. He had been an Executive Director of Metro Pacific Corporation parent company, First Pacific Company Limited of Hong Kong, holding the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to First Pacific stints, Mr. Tinsay was heavily involved in the Banking Industry, having been a senior officer of Traders Royal Bank in Manila ( now part of the Bank of Commerce) and Bancom Internatonal Ltd. In Hong Kong as secondee of its Philippines parent, Bancom Development Corp.
Mr. Tinsay is a 1971 graduate of Fordham University in Bronx, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He received his primary and secondary educations from Ateneo de Manila University.
