ERICSON M. RODRIGO

Human Resource and Administration & Logistics Manager

Mr. Rodrigo is in charge of human resources for the MIB group. He started his HR practice in the Business Process Industry. He had previously been an HR & Organizational Development Officer (2004-07) for a call center in Quezon City, and eventually specialized in Employee and Labor Relations. Prior to this, he was himself a call center employee providing directory assistance for US and Canada Clients. He is currently earnings his degree in Multimedia Studies for the Open University division of the University of the Philippines.

As the HR head, his function is to maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. The department is divided into Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Labor & Employees Relations and Training & Development. He is also tasked to manage Workforce administration: Verification and investigation.The Human Resource department maintains a staff of 9 people, attending to all human resources requirements of the organization.

Mr. Fernandez is a Certified Security Professional and was last associated with Fort Bonifacio Development Corp. (FBDC) as Administration Officer in charge of corporate security, janitorial and sanitation services as well as corporate warehouse. He was formerly assigned as protective agent to the President of Metro Pacific Corporation., and then became Team Leader of the Protective Agents assigned to the President and CEO of FBDC. He was a Detachment Commander in three security agencies from 1981 to 1992.
